In my practice, I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to help individuals and couples heal from the lasting impact of trauma. Traumatic experiences can influence how we think, feel, and relate to others—often in ways that feel overwhelming or out of our control. With skilled support, however, meaningful healing is possible.

EMDR is a well-researched and effective therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Rather than reliving the past, clients are able to integrate their experiences in a way that promotes relief, resilience, and lasting change.
